Formation exclusive avec LSH / Lactalis au Bayon Coffee Shop

On May 5th and 6th, the Bayon Coffee Shop had the honor of hosting an exceptional training session led by the Lactalis group and its iconic Président brand, specialists in high-quality dairy products.

For two days, our kitchens turned into a real teaching laboratory. Pastry students, chef instructors, and trainers came together to explore new recipes, master doughs and breads, and refine their technical skills with the guidance of a seasoned expert.

This hands-on workshop was led by Chef Maxime Michelot, Chef Ambassador for Président and based in Hong Kong. With generosity and precision, Chef Maxime shared his know-how, culinary tips, and the professional standards that shape excellence in the industry.

Thanks to his attentive and demanding approach, our teams were able to:
