THE BAKERY & PASTRY SCHOOL

A good cake for a good cause

Created in 2014, the Bayon Bakery and Pastry School offers a complete and entirely free vocational training for about 20 young women in very precarious situations each year. They are taken care of for 12 months and follow a theoretical and practical training with 4 months of internship in the hotels of Siem Reap. Choose solidarity tourism and support our action by coming to discover our delicious pastries but also our savory menu (brunch, quiches, paninis…)!

 Pedagogical support

The coffee shop

With the objective of contributing to the funding of the training, a Coffee Shop opened its doors in 2015. It is a real educational support for the students who learn how to make pastries and all kinds of breads and learn about the service profession. Located in a peaceful garden in the heart of Siem Reap, the Coffee Shop is an opportunity to take a sweet break before or after visiting the temples, with a generous breakfast or brunch to get your strength back.
